Refund Policy

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

I kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of service, and may be required to leave a 50% deposit for any of their future services.  This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation message will be sent  48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and/or email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours' before your scheduled appointment time.

 

We do not offer refunds, credits or repairs if:

·         Changed your mind

·         Decided you didn’t like them

·         No longer have use for them

·         Mis-use, such as improper preparation or aftercare

·         Made aware of faults prior to or during application, such as gaps in natural lash like and other contraindications

·         Experience an allergic reaction, irritation or side effect(refer to our consent and waiver form).  We will assist you with technical support, remove your lashes free of charge and we always recommend seeking medical advice

·         If you insist on or wish to proceed with a treatment, style, design against our recommendation or professional opinion

 

This policy applies to payments made both before and after the treatment and includes deposits, prepayments, vouchers, points, and packages.
